About Us
Back to Nature is a garden center and event space in historic Augusta near Summerville. As a member of the Augusta community, we work with local growers to provide healthy plants suited for our area. Our mission is to give people an opportunity to get "back to nature" with our forest trails, friendly animals, in addition to our plants and art that you can purchase on site!

Hours

Open Wednesday thru Sunday from 10AM until 5PM. Special appointments available during the week, please email to schedule.

Driving

We are conveniently located on Kissingbower Rd, which connects Gordon Hwy and Wrightsboro Rd. The garden center is between Morningside Baptist Church and Family Dollar. Turn in next to the church where our sign is.

We strive to bring in unique plants that are hard to find while still keeping a stock of commonly sought after plants. Additionally browse through our tea selections, art gallery and so much more!

Venue

Tour our rustic outdoor venue and plan your enchanting forest wedding or event with us. For small events we have an event room inside or if you prefer we have an open air shelter to accommodate medium to large gatherings. We even have options for chairs, tables, linens and more. Additionally if you are looking for caterers, florists, photographers and such, we partner with several people to make planning your event a breeze! Already know who you want to use, that's fine too. Make this space yours!

Attractions

There is so much to see and do at Back to Nature, we're more than a store, we're an experience! Of course we offer plants, teas, art and more to purchase, but did you know we also have other family fun activities on site. Wether you want to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or latte, or if you want to go for a walk along our Nature Trail. Perhaps you want to visit with our adorable animal friends at our Petting Zoo or make a wish on the Augusta Wishing Tree. There is so much for you to experience.
