History
- We originally filed the documents for the garden center on 15 March 2018 after purchasing the property in 2017. Then came the hard part! We had to clear the under growth from the property while focusing on preserving nature in the process. After this was done and the fencing went up it was time to start getting plants! We wanted to order from local producers to support local and to provide plants best suited for this area.
- In the end of 2021, we began hosting our own events, which was well received by the community so we decided to open up our space as a venue that anyone could rent started in 2022. During 2023 we began offering primitive camping in our beautiful forest area along our trails.
- Just days before the devastating hurricane Helene which struck Augusta in September 2024, we opened our Bistro where we focus on serving fresh food at a great price. Our patrons have described our food has Southern home made with a gourmet twist.
- 2025 saw the first cottage in our faerie forest open with a licensed massage therapist opening shop! We have made improvements to our campground area this year including its own entrance and welcome area. Along the trail we are now installing lights for both nighttime strolls and improved visibility for our overnight guests.
...as you can see, We are more than just a store!
